For all of you Twilight fans out there, guess what?  Edward and Bella McCullen are now members of the Barbie collection.  Mattel, the makers of the Barbie line have announced that in just under a month. Starting in February, you can purchase these dolls.

The dolls will be modeled after the wedding versions of Edward and Bella from the wedding in “Twilight: Breaking Dawn part 1” I am very excited because I am a big Twilight fan myself.

Every since 2009, there has been a set of Twilight Barbie dolls that are available for anyone who wants to collect them.  This year, the lucky new dolls are Edward and Bella. Bella is wearing the exact same wedding gown that she wore in the movie, even her hair is styled the same way.  Edward is wearing a traditional tuxedo.  The price tag for each doll is expected to be around $30. That is not too bad considering that I paid over a $100 dollars just to watch the latest Twilight movie when it came out.

I am definitely going to be one of the first people to snatch up my own Edward and Bella dolls. Like many fans who were sad to see the end of the novel series and are eagerly anticipating the last part of the film series, these dolls are a must have.  As much as I am all for team Edward, I hope that in the future Mattel will decide to do a full line up from the Twilight films.  Edward and Bella may be the stars, but every character gives the series life.
