This is not cool. All week, whenever I try to search for news about Barbie all I get is news about that horrible cow Sarah Palin. I'm sure that whoever it was that coined the phrase thinks they are very clever and cute, but I say not quite. 'Caribou Barbie" is offensive to Barbie. Hasn't she endured enough abuse and criticism from everybody from feminists to misogynists? Barbie may not be perfect in many ways, but one thing she is not is SCARY. That's just a start. There are many differences between Barbie and 'Caribou'(can we just start calling her that, instead?). Barbie is pretty. Barbie doesn't promote the slaughtering of animals. Barbie is not a war-monger. Barbie is not a racist.
